This project was born out of a period in my life (2001) when love was in flux and drama had a seat on my couch.

My original photography and romantic phrasing, merged with the spectacular, colorful graphic designs of Edgar Torres, blend classic lyrical influences of rhythm and blues singers, songwriters, and musicians towards ‘celebrating love,’ taking me from dark clouds into sunlit pastures. The struggle to protect my heart from anger, drama, and disgust became paramount because when love finally found its way back into my life, I wanted it to be emotionally healthy by welcoming its richness, beauty, and blessings.
