Returns/Exchanges
Our policy is applicable for 30 days after the order is received. If more days pass since applicable from the receipt, we cannot offer you refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received.
Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective photographs. If a photograph arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes.
Claims must be made within (14) days of receipt via email to howard@howardtcashphotography.com
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
In addition to insuring with tracking your return, we strongly recommend the order is sent with Delivery Confirmation. Should Mr. Cash not receive your return, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds on returns will be issued on the price of the photograph(s) and any sales tax, if applicable. All purchases must be made in US Dollar. Please feel free to exchange and photograph at the comparable size and price.
Exchanges will be treated as a return and shipping will be charged to send any requested photographs. Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged photograph to arrive.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned photograph. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, first double-check your account. Then contact your credit card company because it may take several business days before your refund is processed.

New York Sales Tax
Howard T. Cash only collects New York sales tax for purchases shipped to addresses within New York State.

Shipping returns
To return your product, contact us for return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
